3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, as specified at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email to the address provided.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as specified.
• All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

• Clients assume responsibility for communicating guest dietary requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brown Rice Consortium LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
