Chef Leilah's culinary journey began not in the grand kitchens of Paris, but in a modest kitchen with a backyard garden, where her mother, Andrea, taught her that the best meals start long before the stove is lit.

Those early lessons—choosing vegetables still warm from the sun, building flavor slowly and with care, feeding people as an act of love—shaped everything she would later learn in professional kitchens.

After earning her degree in Nutrition and Health Science from Johnson & Wales University, Chef Leilah pursued classical French training at The Alain Ducasse School of Culinary Arts in Paris. There, she honed her technique under Michelin-starred instruction, learning that true luxury in food is not excess—it is restraint, balance, and intention.
